Bringing Music to Life Across Quebec

Isabelle Janes was an active member of different chambers of commerce (Laval, South Shore, The young chamber of commerce of Montreal, where she was elected “Member of the week” and “Star member” in 2004 and was invited as a guest speaker during the year 2005).

During that same year, she was approached by the news anchor Brian Britt of CTV NEWS to be interviewed on her exceptional talent as a pianist and business woman.

During the summer of 2006, she played for the VIP Platinum evenings for the televised Galas of the “Just for laugh Festival”. Also in 2006, she had the chance to play with Nancy Martinez, Valérie Boivin from Star Académie, and Kim Richardson. In 2008, she recorded a live radio show broadcast from Montrealʼs “House of Jazz.” In 2009, she played with a 100 piece choir on the “Loto-Quebec” stage in Laval and was invited to open a great concert at the Claude Champagne Hall, for the Mount-Royal Pierre Laporte Music school foundation.

Recently, she was in charge of the musical portion of the great Mount-Royal Banquet and Centennial Ball, where she provided the entertainment. (Jazz trio, 3 signers and an orchestra, a 17 piece Big Band and 2 signers). She also performed at the closing event of the Mount-Royal Centennial Activities, at a concert where more then 900 people assisted.

Pianist and conductor of her music groups (duos, trios, quartets, dance orchestras, etc.), Mrs. Janes has built an exceptional career for herself by merging her two passions…music and business!
